Game ChangerThe sessions will provide evidence and research-based approaches to maintaining organizational stability. Facilitators will draw on various disciplines of business, public health equity, and social justice. Game Changer looks at the historical approach and successes of the MSM community in healthcare, to identify current trends in management and funding opportunities. The asset-based workshop focuses on the experiential successes of Black leaders and the skill sets needed for organizations serving these men to thrive in the new healthcare-focused environment. Game Changer illuminates on how organizations can retool current best practices to increase productivity and efficacy. The sessions will provide practical strategies for organizations to remain relevant in the new healthcare paradigm.

The Game Changer developed by Intimacy and Colour, LLC in collaboration with Forbes Consulting, ETR Associates, and NAESM, will provide participants with a new perspective on aligning leadership strategies with the dual realities of a new healthcare influenced environment and reduced HIV/AIDS funding.
