Atlanta African American Gay community has made a great accomplishment for the first time, there will be a “Pure Heat Community Festival” in Piedmont Park to include live entertainment, HIV testing, market place vending and more.

The event will be sponsored by Traxx Girls a night life events producer and the Vision Community Foundation that provides prevention services and programs to Women, Men, Heterosexual, Transgender, Youth, Gay, and Lesbian individuals in the greater Atlanta area.

Pure Heat  Community Festival  will showcases the different meaning of pride with unity.  As we celebrate a unifying force that provides the resources to promote and accomplish goals in human rights, education, outreach and a better understanding within our community of people from ALL walks of life, we bring together the skills, talents and vision with innovation through the production of the first annual Pure Heat Community Festival.

Composed of volunteers committed to bringing awareness of a diverse community impacted by  HIV/AIDS, Environment Protection,  Youth Mentorship, Education & Career Advancement, Women’s Health & Wellness,  and Homelessness the Pure Heat Community Festival is a front seat into the largest gathering of minority LGBT people and allies in the nation.
